AIDS is originated from HIV. Complacency (or when people feel satisfied when not knowing the dark effects of a problem) is plagued through Africa. The outside world is led to believe that there are medical supplies and pills for the Africans with AIDS to take but this is not true. Health care dollars are limited in Africa and this fact stands alone in the fight over this epidemic.

Poverty in Africa has contributed and is linked to the life expectancy of a person and wars. Wars cause people to go into poverty and African families don't have the necessary supplies for essential living. This in turn, decreases a person's life expectancy of the terrible conditions in which they are condemned into living.

Lack of health care dollars, and the essential to get Africa back on its feat all rests on the money issue. Certainly, there is not much money as we have seen. Not much has been done about the cure of HIV/AIDS. This is why Africa is depending on the outside world for donations and to cure the millions of Africans suffering every day.
